BCP was born when its managing partner, Amy Bingham, made the conscious decision to start a consulting firm with the intent to share with others the wisdom she gained working with the industry's best and brightest leadership talent. With over 15 years of Staffing Industry sales and management expertise, Amy possesses a keen understanding of the complexities that drive peak performance in highly competitive environments.
As Vice President of Sales with a multi-billion dollar leader in temporary help and direct-hire placement services, Amy successfully grew the most profitable business segment in the company, consistently outperforming the competition through the design and implementation of strategic growth initiatives across hundreds of locations nationwide. Over the course of her career, she has received multiple awards for exceeding sales targets, and was one of seven elite performers among hundreds of executives recognized for producing exceptional results over time. Amy is a featured writer for Staffing Industry Analysts SI Review Magazine and is also known as an energetic, engaging presenter.
